For the host Family

Host families from other countries than Norway are welcome to use us as a match agency. We note that there may be other rates applicable in their country and other rules applicable to aupairs. 

Getting an aupair can be a great experience for both family and aupairen, but then it is important that good work is done and that family vs aupair matches. This is where we come in, we have interviewed many aupaires and will interview you. 

The data we collect will we use to find what we think is the perfect match. An aupair is a person living with a family and helps with daily activities. Take care of children and housework. 

The family undertakes to speak Norwegian and offer Norwegian courses so that Aupairen receives a linguistic dividend. Aupairen will work max 30 hours a week, this is not a full work week because the aupair needs time to do Norwegian courses. 

It is important that the aupairen feels welcome and gets a culture experience out of the stay. Aupairen shall have its own room. 

Aupairen has covered Norwegian cours and 5,300 kr a month. (plus holiday pay and vacation) The host family must also provide insurance for the aupairen.
